Shannon Refrigeration supplied one new Snowkey flake ice head in a remote configuration. The ice making head was installed inside a holding chiller and incorporated a galvanised safety cage and automatic ice level controls.The air-cooled refrigeration condensing unit was installed remotely in a plant room.
